Results of the Arab Opinion Index 2011

This paper reviews the results of the Arab Opinion Index 2011. The survey was conducted in 12 Arab states: Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Sudan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Mauritania. The sample comprised 16,244 respondents who represented 85% of the Arab population. Sampling followed a randomized, stratified, multi-stage, self-weighted clustered approach, ensuring fairness in the representation of various population segments.
