This paper is a summary of the proceedings of the Third Annual Conference for the Social Sciences and Humanities which was convened by the ACRPS in Tunis from March 20-22, 2014. The two conference themes were “Development Policies in light of the Arab Mobilizations” and second “the Stages of Historical Transition and the Outcomes of the Arab revolutions”.
