Abstract

​This paper reports on the proceeding of the meeting held by the Association of Lebanese Libraries in conjunction with the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA). The meeting was its second general conference, an event held every two years, and took place in Beirut from May 20-22, 2014 under the title “Development of the Online User: Information Revolution.”
