Researcher at the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies and Editor of Siyasat Arabia. He was previously a consultant at the Iraqi Center for Strategic Studies in Amman. He published on critical theory, literary criticism, and politics, and contributed to “The National Report of Human Development in Iraq”. He has supervised, and took part in research projects concerning Iraqi affairs. Saeed earned a doctorate in linguistics from the University of Mustansiriya in Baghdad in 2001.
